We're Looking ForEducationBachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET/EAC-accredited program requiredExperienceExtensive Experience as an Electrical Engineer in an equipment manufacturing environment strongly preferredProven experience leading a team of 5–10+ engineersStrong experience in industrial electrical engineering (controls, power distribution, safety systems)Experience supporting manufacturing operations and customer-driven engineering environmentsTechnical & Operational SkillsStrong planning, scheduling, and backlog management capabilityFamiliarity with NFPA/NEC, UL 508A, CMAA, ASME, NOG-1, NUM-1, and NUREG standardsExperience with ERP/MRP systems, scheduling tools, or engineering workflow systemsLeadership & Behavioral AttributesAccountability-driven
