Engineer, you will lead the Engineering Department and provide the technical direction, resources, and support needed to help our construction teams successfully deliver complex electrical support the company's continued growthWhat We're Looking ForActive Professional Engineer (P.E.) license requiredBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program8+ years of electrical engineering and/or commercial or industrial electrical construction experienceExperience leading, mentoring, or managing engineering professionalsStrong understanding of electrical power distribution systems and commercial electrical constructionStrong knowledge of electrical drawings, specifications, calculations, and construction documentsWorking knowledge of NEC requirements and electrical construction practicesStrong understanding of constructability, project sequencing, and field installationProven ability to troubleshoot complex technical and construction issuesStrong
