You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team that values innovation, continuous learning, and real-world impact.What You'll Do:Design and develop electrical systems for a variety of building types, including:Electrical distribution and standby/emergency power systemsLighting design (interior/exterior), lighting controls, and photometric analysisFire alarm, life safety, security, and communications systemsEnergy conservation and code compliance strategiesPrepare one-line diagrams, load calculations, and panel schedulesPerform conductor sizing and voltage drop calculationsCoordinate closely with other engineering disciplines and architects to deliver integrated designsContribute to project documentation: meeting minutes, weekly progress reports, submittal reviews, RFIs, and punch listsSupport project management and construction administration phasesApply your knowledge of NEC, ANSI/TIA, BICSI, and applicable codes and standardsWhat You Bring:BS Architectural Engineering, or BS Electrical Engineering, or equivalent3+ years of experience in building system design preferredExperience with AGI for lighting photometricsProficient with AutoCAD and experience with REVITKnowledge of Electrical design and applicable codesStrong interpersonal and time management skillsSelf-motivation to coordinate with other disciplines and customersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWhy CMTA?At CMTA, you'll be empowered to take ownership of your work, supported by a team that champions collaboration and professional growth.
