* Not open to associates degrees
* Master's Degree and/or PhD can be considered
* Past or additional job titles or roles that would provide comparable background to this role: Senior Design Engineer

* Mechanical and/or Electrical Product design experience. Extensive Creo, Teamcenter, and/or Fluid lines experience.
* Ability to deeply collaborate with other design engineers and functional areas.
* Attention to detail and ensure designs follow design guides and best practices while also acting with a sense of urgency in day-to-day tasks.
Additional Technical Skills
* Electrical Harness Design Experience (hydraulic integration design could also be considered)
* Extensive Creo, Teamcenter, and/or Fluid lines experience
* FMEAs
* Experience in reading electrical drawings and schematics
* Experience of using Microsoft Office computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Technical problem solving
* Ensure designs follow design guides and best practices.
* Ability to troubleshoot wiring and wire/cable mounting issues.
