candidatesCore ResponsibilitiesPrepare engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and design documentation for electrical building systemsDesign and support low and medium voltage power distribution, lighting, lighting controls, fire alarm, life safety, grounding, bonding, and low-voltage infrastructureDevelop electrical system layouts using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM modeling toolsEnsure electrical designs comply with NEC, NFPA, Florida Building Code, and applicable jurisdictional requirementsAssist with or lead shop drawing reviews, RFI responses, and quality checks on electrical design packagesCoordinate with architecture, mechanical, structural, civil, and other engineering disciplines to support integrated design solutionsSupport or manage project schedules, cost
