As an Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for assigned project designs, coordination, client communications, and associated construction administration. This opening is within our Religious & Cultural group, focusing on temples for The Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints. Haskell's Design & Consulting Team unites architecture, engineering, and consulting professionals from across industries and geographies. Your responsibilities will include:Working on projects and teams while maintaining design consistency throughoutDesigning interior lighting, exterior lighting, power distribution, grounding, lightning protection, telecommunications, and securityDocumenting calculations reflecting design compliance with code and client-specific design requirementsPerforming quality control reviews of documents including plans, specifications, and design calculationsWorking with Project Managers to ensure that the project schedule is met and that complete documents are provided for each submissionReviewing contractor RFIs, shop drawings, and product submittalsProviding training and mentorship to early-career team membersTo thrive in this role, you will need:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited universityProfessional Engineer (PE) license5+ years of electrical design experienceExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to excel in a fast-paced team environmentRevit experience preferredAt Haskell, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, professional development opportunities, and more.
