Strivector's premier client (a well-known market leader in their space) is hiring for the following full-time direct hire position.Position OverviewLead the safe, on-time, and on-budget development and execution of capital projects.Provide electrical engineering and design from concept through hand-off using the established PESHA process.Manage contractors to ensure safe and productive execution of work.Collaborate with internal/external engineering resources, equipment suppliers, and construction contractors.Perform engineering tasks including problem-solving, design calculations, equipment selection, proposal reviews, and drawing management.Ensure proper operation and safety of equipment and processes.QualificationsBachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field is required.Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment as an electrical engineer, with a strong background in capital project lifecycle.Proven success in electrical power and controls engineering, including equipment specification, installation, and hand-off to operations.Experience installing mill-grade equipment.Design or supervisory design experience in electrical systems, primarily 480VAC.Hands-on experience with PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems (Rockwell preferred).Compensation: Based on Experience.
