If you're passionate about designing high-quality electrical systems and want to see your work come to life on the road, this role puts you right in the middle of it.What You'll DoDesign and develop electrical systems for RV floorplans from concept through productionEnsure compliance with RVIA, NEC, ANSI, NFPA, and other applicable standardsCollaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales, service, and vendorsParticipate in 3D model reviews to ensure designs are production-readyCreate and manage BOMs and support engineering change processesTroubleshoot and resolve issues during pilot builds and productionDrive continuous improvement and product innovationSupport quality, safety, and accuracy across engineering and manufacturingWhat We're Looking ForExperience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (SAP is a plus)1+ year of electrical design experience (RV or related industry preferred)Strong understanding of electrical systems, routing, and manufacturing processesAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills and team mindsetBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experienceWe're driven by a simple idea: help people create lifelong memories.
