Heidelberg Materials seeks an Electrical Engineer to support reliable, safe operation of electrical systems across our manufacturing facilities. In this role, you’ll design, troubleshoot, and optimize power distribution, motors, drives, and controls for cement and aggregate production equipment. You’ll lead root-cause analysis, support maintenance teams, and implement preventive and predictive strategies to reduce downtime.
Collaborating closely with operations, you’ll champion electrical safety, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to sustainable, high-performance manufacturing and critical infrastructure projects.
