Senior Professional Electrical EngineerThe Electrical Engineer, PE I is responsible for overseeing the creation of technical design solutions and/or studies. The purpose of a Senior Professional Electrical Engineer is to provide technical authority and direction as the Engineer of Record (EOR) for the development of electrical engineering designs, studies and solutions and part of an integrated project team.Responsibilities include:Analyzing, developing, and evaluating systems.Improving and maintaining current systems or creating brand new projects.Designing and drafting blueprints, visiting systems in the field, and managing projects.Applying engineering techniques and analyses within the scope of the assignment.Performing work under minimal supervision.Handling complex issues and problems, and referring only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.Providing leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group. May act as a lead or first-level supervisor.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Professional Engineer (PE) License4-6 years of experienceStrong proficiency in REVITStrong technical skills - familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent verbal and written communications skillsComprehensive knowledge of the subject matterCritical thinking skillsDetail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessaryPreferred qualifications include:Experience with the design of Healthcare projects.Experience with the design of Higher Education projects.Experience with the design of Central Energy Plant (CEP) electrical infrastructure projects.Experience in the design of medium voltage protection and power distribution systems.Experience in the design of paralleled generator systems at medium voltage and below.Travel requirements include:5-10% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.Physical/work environment requirements include:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Climbing stairs.Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods.Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.Quiet environment.Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds.Pay Range: USD $92,857.50 - USD $119,488.50 /Yr.ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
