Our client is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the design, review, and quality control of electrical systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional construction projects. This role collaborates with a multidisciplinary engineering team and supports projects from design through construction.
Responsibilities
- Design electrical systems for new construction and renovation projects
- Prepare and review design drawings, specifications, and construction cost estimates
- Perform quality control reviews of internal and third-party electrical designs
- Conduct site visits to document existing conditions and support construction efforts
- Assist with construction administration, including bid reviews and progress evaluations
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of electrical design or construction support experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain licensure
- Working knowledge of applicable electrical and building codes
- Proficiency with CAD software and Microsoft Office tools
