The firm delivers a diverse mix of building projects throughout the region and offers engineers the opportunity to gain exposure to all phases of design and project delivery.Your new roleAs an Electrical Engineer, you will support the design and coordination of electrical systems on a variety of commercial, institutional and redevelopment projects throughout New York City.Responsibilities include:Design of power, lighting, grounding and low-voltage systems.Preparation of calculations, drawings, specifications and technical reports.Coordination with architects, owners and multidisciplinary engineering teams.Site visits, construction administration and commissioning support.Managing multiple project deliverables and schedules.Mentoring junior engineers and supporting project teams.Ensuring compliance with NEC and local building codes.What you'll need to succeedBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.4-8 years of electrical design experience within an MEP consulting environment.Strong knowledge of NEC and building codes.Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.Excellent communication and coordination skills.FE preferred.
