You'll apply your technical expertise to support both day-to-day operations and long-term infrastructure planning.Design, evaluate, and maintain electrical systems including power distribution, backup power, and control systemsLead and support preventative and corrective maintenance efforts for critical electrical infrastructureTroubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure system reliabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support capital projects, system upgrades, and operational improvementsEnsure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal policiesDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, specifications, and maintenance proceduresProvide engineering support for root cause analysis, system optimization, and continuous improvement initiativesStay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovations that enhance performance and efficiencyWhat You'll Bring:Required: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldPreferred: 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering within the natural gas or petrochemical industry and PE certificationStrong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE, NFPA 70E)Experience with power systems, including low and medium voltage distribution, UPS systems, and generatorsProficiency in engineering tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, SKM, or similar)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and reliabilityStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teamsA proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and improvementWe invest in our people in ways that actually show up in your day-to-day, not just on paper.
