- Value Analysis on Fire and security domain electronics products for cost down by design optimization and component replacements
- Design Analysis and Validation
- Component Level qualifications
- ECN Execution
- Working with suppliers on cost down programs
- Reporting of qualified savings and track the progress on the projects
