You will report to the Manager, Large Project Electrical Systems & Equipment and be located in Rock Hill, SC.
You will be hybrid.Key Responsibilities:Use intermediate knowledge obtained from previous applicable experience and core college courses.Work with Software Packages such as ETAP, Mathcad, Maximo, or similar.Provide engineering design and analysis for nuclear products/projects including electrical system design, instrumentation and controls designs, and system wiring.Work with other internal departments on similar engineering level to obtain information necessary to perform work assignments.Plan and schedule work to meet assignment requirements.Use standards, techniques, procedures, and criteria for development of engineering design documents including technical evaluations, obsolete parts equivalencies, calculations, and specifications necessary to support operating plants.Work with client and site personnel to resolve issues germane to project success.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering2+ years of experienceUS Citizen or Permanent ResidentWilling to travel to client sitesDemonstrate knowledge of power plant systems and equipmentExperience with power projectsExperience developing procurement specifications for various electrical commodities and reviewing proposalsWhy Westinghouse?Our benefits package is tailored to meet the diverse needs of our employees, while also promoting wellness and career growth.
