The responsibilities will also include troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and the development of user test programs towards improving performance and efficiency.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and document electrical control cabinets—ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance.Integrate Siemens PLCs into control cabinet designs.Develop and manage electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.Collaborate with mechanical, software, and commissioning teams from concept to installation.Responsible for electrical component selection and supporting lifecycle management activities.Ensure designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and HMH quality guidelines.Participate in FAT/SAT, testing, and customer acceptance as needed.Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continual improvement initiatives.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic or Controls Engineering from an accredited universityMinimum 2 years of relevant technical level experienceExperience in electrical cabinet designFamiliarity with control system design and electrical components selectionFamiliarity with controls power distribution and networking technologyFamiliarity with AutoCADAbility to create technical report, specifications and interact with internal and external customersAdditional InformationMust be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.No relocation assistance provided.Location:Houston, Tx - JFK
