We do not provide H-1 B sponsorships for this role Summary : We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team and work on a variety of building projects. This role will focus on HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems while working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
What You'll Do
Design HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems for building projects Develop cost-effective system layouts, sizing, and equipment selections Create and coordinate BIM/Revit drawings with other disciplines Support projects through schematic design, design development, permitting, and construction documents Perform site visits, review shop drawings, and assist with punch lists during construction Help ensure projects meet applicable building codes and client requirements Work directly with clients, architects, contractors, code officials, and other project partners Help define project scope and identify potential changes or issues before they impact the project Provide guidance and support to junior mechanical designers and engineers
What We're Looking For
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Experience designing mechanical systems for commercial or building projects Experience with HVAC design; plumbing and fire protection experience is a plus Proficiency with Revit/BIM and other mechanical design software Knowledge of applicable building and mechanical codes Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines PE or EIT is a plus, but not required
