Entry-Level Electrical EngineerThis role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career engineers who are looking to gain hands-on experience in electrical design, drafting, and project support across residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems. You'll work alongside experienced engineers and designers while developing practical engineering skills in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.What You'll DoAssist in preparing project and job packages including material lists, labor estimates, site layouts, and construction drawingsSupport the drafting and design of electrical distribution systems with an emphasis on safety, reliability, and cost efficiencyRead and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, maps, construction specifications, and technical documentationPerform basic engineering calculations under the guidance of senior engineersAssist with drafting work and preparation of designs, plans, and engineering reportsOrganize and analyze field data and help prepare accurate project recordsLearn and apply applicable electrical codes, standards, and company procedures to project designsSupport both overhead and underground electrical projects of moderate complexityAssist with evaluating electrical equipment such as transformers and protective devicesUse design software and work management tools to complete assigned tasksCoordinate with project teams and construction personnel to help resolve design or field issuesCommunicate project progress and job status to team members and supervisorsLearn, practice, and promote all safety policies and procedures at all timesMaintain organized project files and documentationPerform additional duties as assigned while continuing to develop technical skillsRequired QualificationsBachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (recent graduates encouraged to apply)Strong interest in starting a career in electrical engineering and power systemsPreferred Skills & AttributesWillingness to learn industry standards, codes, and best practicesBasic understanding of electrical drawings and technical documentsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a team-oriented environmentFamiliarity with design software is a plus (training available)Interested candidates should contact Wendy Colaiacovo at or
