The successful candidate will work alongside of other engineers, designers, and drafters to develop construction work packages within the chemical and refining industry.

This position is geared toward launching a recent graduate into a growth driven path to success working projects from conception through construction.Applicants should have the ability to:Develop and/or review designs and installations to ensure correctness and compliance with standards, applicable codes, regulatory requirements, and project deliverablesResponsible for the E&I design basis on assigned projectsDefines specifications for budgetary quotes / estimates related to equipment and designs as assigned.Evaluate deviations to designs and make recommendations for resolutionAssemble detailed construction bid packages for executionAssist in creating cost estimates for scopes of workComfortable providing creative, alternative solutionsSupport electrical engineering activities within multi-discipline project teamsAbility to make sound technical decisionsGood interpersonal skills to interact well within a team environmentStrong organizational and communication skills both oral and writtenQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or universityLicensed Engineer in Training (EIT) or the ability to become licensedCo-Op or Internship experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferred but not requiredAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyExcellent written and oral communication skillsSkilled in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, etc.)Knowledge and ability to apply industry codes and standardsTWIC Card or the ability to acquire oneAbility to perform job walks and site visits to client facilitiesOther Information:Excellent wages and complete benefits package.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.ISC evaluates and hires applicants for employment based exclusively upon the applicant's merit.
