Senior Electrical EngineerThe start date is ASAP for this 12 month contract position.Job Title: Senior Electrical EngineerLocation-Type: Onsite (5 days/week)Start Date Is: ASAPDuration: 12 Month ContractCompensation Range: $75-$85/hour W2Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401KMust be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.Job DescriptionSeeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support new product development efforts for complex electronic hardware systems. This hands-on engineering role will own board-level development, testing, troubleshooting, and validation activities throughout the product lifecycle.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesOwn and support PCB assemblies through development and testing phasesTroubleshoot board-level electrical issues including signal integrity and power-related problemsPerform circuit and system-level diagnostics using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other test equipmentAnalyze test results and recommend design modifications or corrective actionsSupport root cause investigations and reliability assessmentsReview and modify schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs as neededCollaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to drive product improvementsDocument findings and provide technical reports on test results and recommendationsMinimum RequirementsBS in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field (MS preferred)5 years of experience in new product development, field support, reliability engineering, or related hardware engineering environmentsStrong hands-on troubleshooting experience at the circuit and system levelExperience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and precision measurement equipmentAbility to read and modify schematics, PCB layouts, and bills of materials (BOMs)Experience with board-level diagnostics, component-level troubleshooting, and PCB reworkProven experience conducting structured root cause investigations using methodologies such as 5 Whys or Fishbone AnalysisFamiliarity with Altium or similar electrical design toolsExperience supporting test development and validation activitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplineExperience supporting complex embedded electronic productsReliability engineering experienceExperience in high-volume product development environmentsExposure to manufacturing test and validation processes
