Electrical Engineer

Reference: Kratos Defense & Rocket Support Services, Inc. is seeking a mid?level Electrical Engineer with strong hands-on experience in PCB design, digital and analog circuit development, and hardware integration. In this role, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team to design, analyze, prototype, and test electrical systems that support mission?critical products.

The ideal candidate brings initiative, ownership, and a collaborative mindset, and is comfortable taking designs from concept through production.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, analyze, and test digital and analog circuits for new and existing systems.Perform PCB schematic capture and coordinate layout activities using Altium (required).Support hardware integration, prototype builds, and hands-on testing of electrical systems.Review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, PCB layouts, and engineering documentation.Conduct electrical analysis, calculations, and trade studies to evaluate design options.Troubleshoot hardware issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.Participate in system-level integration, verifying electrical performance and resolving issues alongside mechanical, systems, software, and manufacturing teams.Develop and maintain engineering requirements, specifications, test plans, and technical reports.Contribute to design reviews and provide clear, actionable technical recommendations.Ensure compliance with engineering standards, specifications, and customer requirements.Support configuration management, change control, and documentation release processes.Assist manufacturing teams during build and production phases, ensuring designs are robust and producible.Collaborate cross-functionally to support program objectives, schedule commitments, and quality goals.BenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance CoverageLife/ADD & Short/Long Term Disability Insurance401(k) Savings PlanEmployee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)Paid Time-Off (PTO)HolidaysEducation Reimbursement
