Weekend Shift (Friday – Sunday) 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM - $27.60/hr.Job DescriptionThe company is looking for a highly motivated individual to help us succeed in any domain against any challenge for a safer more connected world. As an Assembly Operator (Production Associate) for the EODAS factory, your job will be to build next generation technology for the warfighter. You will perform a variety of tasks in support of a manufacturing/production environment.Duties for this position include:Working in a cleanroom environment.Performing mechanical assembly using various tools and fasteners.Working with types of hardware including: Machined housings, Circuit cards, Mirrors, Motors, Optical assemblies.Using chemicals and performing detailed hand manipulation with Wire sleeving, Solder, Bonding materials.Using precision torque tools.Soldering.Repairing and/or inspecting electric and mechanical systems.Passing certifications.Working limited overtime when needed.Cross-training for other areas.Being engaged with daily production activities that drive continuous improvement in cost, quality and schedule performance.Required SkillsMinimum of 2 years of work experience.Experience working with minimal supervision.Self-Motivated.Ability to read, understand and follow test instructions including technical drawings and testing process documents.The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for 8+ hours a day is required.Ability to work weekends and/or overtime as required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
