Electrical DesignerWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Designer who is excited about working on complex, large-scale projects that support mission-critical operations. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to state-of-the-art facilities including data centers, semiconductor manufacturing, and advanced industrial projects. You'll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment delivering high-quality electrical designs while mentoring others and supporting project delivery from concept through construction.What You'll Do (Daily Responsibilities)Perform computer-aided drafting and design for electrical power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communications systemsDevelop layouts, sketches, 2D/3D models, and electronic drawing packages using AutoCAD and Revit MEPCoordinate closely with engineers, design leads, and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex electrical design packagesServe as a project or BIM lead, supporting the planning and execution of electrical deliverablesDevelop and manage staffing plans based on project schedules and required deliverablesSupport understanding of project scope, budget, schedule, and client expectationsMentor junior designers and drafters, providing technical guidance and quality oversightApply best practices and contribute forward-thinking, innovative design solutionsEnsure designs align with applicable electrical codes, standards, and client requirementsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent8+ years of electrical design experience using Revit/BIMStrong experience with electrical power distribution systemsFamiliarity with equipment such as switchgear, transformers, panelboards, generators, and UPS systemsExperience supporting or leading electrical design teamsMission-critical or advanced facilities experience (data centers, industrial, semiconductor) is a plusStrong verbal and written communication skillsProven analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work effectively in multi-disciplinary team environmentsPassion for buildings, construction, and continuous learningPreferred QualificationsAssociate's Degree in a related fieldExposure to NEC and electrical design requirementsSemiconductor facility experiencePrior BIM lead or advanced Revit experienceLocation & Work ArrangementMultiple openings (8 total)Geographic flexibility within the U.S.Preference for candidates located near: Moon Township, PA; Portland, OR; Tempe, AZRemote work may be available for exceptional candidatesEmployment TypeContract-to-hire
