Electrical Design / Hardware Engineer
Hybrid (3-Remote/2 in Office) We are seeking a Hardware Development Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced hardware solutions for next-generation network security systems. This role involves end-to-end hardware design including architecture, schematic development, PCB layout, and validation of complex, high-speed digital systems.
Design and develop printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) for high-performance systems. Perform high-speed digital design, signal integrity analysis, and power distribution network design. Oversee and review schematic capture, PCB layout, and hardware validation testing. Collaborate with firmware, software, and mechanical engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration. Document design specifications, test procedures, and engineering reports.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Experience with high-speed digital interfaces (PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, SERDES).
Ability to work on-site in a secure development environment.
Experience with FPGA-based system design (Xilinx, Intel/Altera, etc.). Excellent documentation and communication skills for classified project environments
