We are seeking a mid-level Electrical Design Engineer with a strong background in Power and Energy Systems to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful building and infrastructure projects, including education and port facilities.Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 remote) Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: $90,000-115,000 (dependent on experience). This role is also eligible for an annual performance?based bonus. Bonus eligibility and payout are determined by role, individual performance, and company performance, and are not guaranteed. Level: Mid-LevelResponsibilitiesLead and support the design of electrical systems, including medium and low voltage power distributionPerform field verification, site assessments, and system evaluationsPrepare construction documents, permit packages, and technical specificationsCoordinate designs with architects, engineers, and clientsManage construction administration tasks, including RFIs, submittals, and site visitsConduct power system analysis, includes arc flash and short circuit coordinationWork independently on infrastructure design projects with minimal supervisionRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on Power and Energy Systems or related fieldRegistered Professional Engineer (PE) license preferredEngineer in Training (EIT) Certificate preferredThe ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in electrical power systems designProficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP/SKM, and RevitExperience with infrastructure or port projects is a plusProject management experience is a plusExperience with medium voltage projects is a plusExperience with the National Electrical Code (NEC)What sets P2S|CMTA apart?
