Job Type: Direct-hire, Full-time

Electrical Design Engineer Responsibilities

  • Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, wire routing drawings, and harness documentation using AutoCAD.
  • Research aircraft systems and integrate electrical modifications for retrofit aircraft programs.
  • Develop engineering documentation while ensuring compliance with customer and certification requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and certification teams to support aircraft modifications.
  • Support electrical analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and installation activities as needed.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm (Flexible start time)

Pay: $80,000-$110,000 annually

Electrical Design Engineer Qualifications

  • Aerospace industry experience is required.
  • Experience creating wire diagrams, wire installation drawings, wire harnesses, cable assemblies, or electrical schematics.
  • CAD experience required. AutoCAD is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Engineering degree is not required. Equivalent aerospace electrical or technical experience will be considered.
