Electrical Design - Aircraft/AerospaceAircraft/Aerospace design, development and qualification. This would include but not be limited to systems, completions and modifications, coordinating tasks with other sectors of the program.Responsibilities and Experience:Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Aircraft or Aerospace Design and developmentConducts specification reviews, development program timelines and reports, design reviews, specifications, design documents, wiring diagrams, user guides, work instructions, test plans, test procedures and technical reports.Liaison with internal (Boeing) and external customers and suppliers to assist in defining specifications and system architecture. Ensure certification requirements are met.Responding to engineering issues affecting aircraft operation and support, including in-service.Identifying improvements to new installations that will improve customer satisfaction and address issues.Participates in project teams and all activities related to the development of new completions and modifications.Take responsibility for the qualification/certification of new systems or modification.Interface with the customer on all aspects of the system design and verification.Preparation of Project Plans for Facility AircraftSupporting aircraft tests planning and Plan updatesSupport to Aircraft Facility fault investigationsEducation:BS in Electrical Engineering or similarPlus:Working knowledge of FAA regulations Part 27 and 29.
