We pride ourselves on being the partner of choice for our internal and external customers.What You Will DoIdentify, justify, and lead projects that create maximum efficiency and profitability in our operationsCollaborate daily with the plant operations team and work as one team to deliver project goals and timelinesIdentify the best available technology in the industry that could benefit our operationsBuild and share knowledge of available technologies with the operations teamExecute capital projects including upgrades to plant systems, process equipment, and scalable transformation prioritiesExecute projects that support continuous improvement, equipment obsolescence, and reliability improvementsApply critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to strategic planning and executionOwn the performance of the new equipment/technology until there is a mutual handoff to the operations teamUtilize your electrical power and controls skills to support operations in a continuous process environmentWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience in a manufacturing environment (internship or professional)Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Controls Engineering OR equivalent experienceExperience in leadership / project managementWhat Will Put You AheadExperience with PLC’s, HMI’s, and process controlsExperience with AutoCAD, E-plan, and/or other CAD packagesExperience with power distribution, control systems, mechanical systems, P&ID, and machine designFor this role, we anticipate paying $90,000 - $120,000 per year.This role is not open to sponsorship.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
