We're hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.As an early Neros employee, you will get to help decide the direction of our future. We are looking for someone who will work closely with engineers and technicians to assemble electronics, solder printed circuit board assemblies and build harnesses to a high standard. Other responsibilities include:Hand soldering of electronic components including surface mount technologyMechanical assembly of precision electronics, RF and optical componentsReading and interpreting assembly drawings and schematicsInspection of solder joints to ensure quality standards are metTroubleshooting and repairing electronic assembliesMaintaining a clean and organized work areaYou should have the following:High school diploma and 5+ years of experience with hand solderingFamiliarity with aerospace standards including IPC-J-STD-001 certificationAbility to read and interpret assembly drawings and schematicsStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to work with a microscopeAbility to handle small partsMust be able to lift up to 20 poundsAble to sit for long periods of timeStrong verbal and written communication skillsUS Salary Range$20.00 - $45.00 per hour USDThe hourly range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
