The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and testing electronic components used in power distribution and motor control systems. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, mechanical & technical aptitude, as well as a commitment to quality.Responsibilities:Assemble electronic components, wiring harnesses, and circuit boards per schematics and technical drawingsPerform soldering tasks with precision, ensuring strong connectionsPerform functional testing and troubleshooting of assembled unitsMaintain accurate documentation of assembly and testing processesEnsure workstations and tools are clean and organizedFollow safety protocols and company proceduresCollaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and improve processesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent1–3 years of experience in electronic assembly or manufacturingAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematicsStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityFamiliarity with soldering, ESD safety, and basic testing equipmentGood communication skills and team-oriented mindset
