Electrical Assembly LeadTrillium Staffing is now seeking an Electrical Assembly Lead in Houston, TX for a direct-hire opportunity!Pay range is $30-$40/hr. DOE. Schedule is 6 am-4:30/5pm Monday-Friday with some Saturdays as needed.We're hiring an experienced Electrical Assembly Lead to oversee electrical installation, wiring, testing, and commissioning of custom overhead crane systems in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:Lead and support electrical assemblers, technicians, and wiring personnelOversee electrical installation, control panel wiring, and equipment configurationCoordinate testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activitiesEnsure compliance with engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and code requirementsDrive production schedules, quality, and team performancePromote a strong safety culture and continuous improvementJoin a global industry leader and play a key role in delivering fully tested, high-quality crane systems to customers nationwide.
