Electrical AssemblerPay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour1st and 2nd shifts available with 2nd shift pay differential!!Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our client's dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electrical components and systems with precision and efficiency, ensuring all products meet quality standards and specifications.ResponsibilitiesAssemble electrical components and subassemblies according to detailed schematics, diagrams, and work instructionsUse hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to accurately install wiring, connectors, and electronic partsInterpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to ensure correct assembly proceduresConduct testing using ohmmeters, multimeters, and other electrical testing tools to verify circuit integrity and functionalityMaintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all timesObserve work areas for unsafe practices, equipment malfunctions, and PPE compliance, and promptly report concerns to the Lead or SupervisorCollaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot assembly issues and suggest process improvementsMaintain organized and efficient work areas to meet 6S standardsMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent6 months' experience as an electrical assemblerAbility to read and understand work instructions, drawings and schematicsProficiency using hand tools and power toolsAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbsDemonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contactsDemonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skillsDemonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibilityProficiency in MS Word, Excel and OutlookAvailability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 5%, sometimes with limited noticeProficiency in English language, both oral and written
