This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work with hand tools, and a commitment to producing high-quality electrical assemblies in a manufacturing environment.Pay & Schedule$17.50/hour1st Shift: Monday-Thursday | 5:30 AM - 4:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Assemble and wire electrical components and equipment1-3 years of electrical assembly, wire harness, panel wiring, or manufacturing experience preferredAbility to read wiring diagrams or blueprintsComfortable using hand toolsRead and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and work instructionsRoute, bundle, crimp, strip, and terminate wiresMount electrical components and hardwareInspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracyUse hand tools and measuring devicesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaStrong attention to detail and qualityReliable with a positive attitudeHigh School Diploma or GED preferredStand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shiftLift up to 50 lbs.Frequent use of hands for detailed assembly work
