Electrical Assembler

Electrical AssemblerThe Electrical Assembler reads work orders and electrical schematics to wire motors, controls, and panels into mechanical HVAC units. This role involves cutting and stripping wire, soldering connections, and verifying that all wiring is properly set up to ensure safe and reliable unit operation.Essential SkillsHigh school diploma or GED.1+ years of experience in electrical wiring or completion of a technical school program with electrical training.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.Hands-on experience with electrical assembly tasks such as wiring, cutting, stripping, and soldering wire.Understanding of basic electrical principles related to motors, controls, and panels.Attention to detail to ensure accurate wiring and proper unit operation.Ability to work overtime, including extended weekday hours and required Saturday shifts.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, particularly in HVAC or similar equipment assembly.Comfort working within a job shop setting with multiple buildings and production stages.Ability to collaborate with engineering, fabrication, welding, and testing teams.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple work orders and assemblies.Willingness to learn additional electrical and mechanical assembly processes as production needs evolve.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
