You'll be part of a hands-on team where quality, safety, and craftsmanship matter—and where your work has a direct impact on the final product.What You'll DoPerform electrical wiring and component installation on shelters and enclosuresRead and follow blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructionsTest finished wiring and troubleshoot as neededUse hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools to assemble productsInspect materials and finished work for quality standardsPackage and prepare finished products for shipmentMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workspaceRotate between workstations as needed to support productionWhat We're Looking For2–3 years of electrical or manufacturing experience (or related training/certification)Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and shop documentationExperience bending conduit preferredAbility to read a tape measure and work with precisionStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailProblem-solving skills and commitment to qualityTeam-oriented with a professional, dependable attitudeWork Environment & Physical RequirementsActive, hands-on role: standing, walking, lifting, and assembling throughout the shiftAbility to lift and move materials as neededRequires use of hands, tools, and equipment regularlyMust follow all safety procedures, including wearing steel toe boots and safety glassesAdditional DetailsNo travel requiredNo direct reportsHigh school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
