Electrical AssemblerLocation: Ramsey, NJShift: First ShiftIn this role, you will be responsible for assembling and wiring electrical control panels and automation equipment. You will read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure accurate installations. Your duties will include installing electrical components such as relays, PLCs, power supplies, sensors, switches, terminal blocks, and circuit breakers, as well as routing, terminating, and labeling wiring according to engineering drawings.ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical testing, continuity checks, and functional verification.Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic systems.Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to resolve assembly issues.Support machine startup, debugging, and final inspections.Maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment.Essential SkillsProficiency in wiring, schematic reading, and troubleshooting.Experience in blueprint interpretation and assembly.Knowledge of electrical testing and panel assembly.Familiarity with PLCs, relays, and sensor systems.Minimum of 2 years of electrical assembly, machine building, or industrial manufacturing experience.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ramsey, NJ.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $31.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
