Electrical Assembler

Electrical Panel AssemblerWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Panel Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team in Lakeland, FL. This is a hands-on position focused on the assembly, wiring, and completion of electrical control panels and enclosures.The ideal candidate will have experience working from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and panel layouts and will be comfortable performing detailed electrical and mechanical assembly.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble and wire electrical control panels, cabinets, and enclosures.Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and panel layouts.Mount electrical components onto back panels and inside enclosures.Install components such as terminal blocks, relays, contactors, circuit breakers, switches, power supplies, transformers, and other panel components.Cut, strip, label, route, crimp, and terminate electrical wiring.Perform point-to-point wiring according to electrical schematics.Build and install wire duct, DIN rail, terminal strips, and related panel hardware.Drill, tap, cut, and modify panels and enclosures as required.Ensure wiring is properly routed, labeled, terminated, and secured.Inspect completed panels for proper component placement, wiring accuracy, and overall workmanship.Troubleshoot and correct basic wiring or assembly issues.Use hand tools, power tools, crimpers, wire strippers, torque tools, and electrical testing equipment.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.QualificationsPrevious experience with electrical panel assembly, control panel wiring, industrial electrical assembly, or panel building is strongly preferred.Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.Knowledge of common electrical control panel components.Experience with point-to-point wiring and electrical terminations.Comfortable using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, organized panel wiring.Ability to accurately follow drawings, specifications, and work instructions.Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team.Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in any of the following are strongly encouraged to apply:Electrical control panel assemblyIndustrial control panelsPanel wiringControl cabinets and enclosuresDIN rail and wire duct installationElectrical schematicsPoint-to-point wiringTerminal blocks, relays, contactors, and circuit breakersIndustrial electrical or automation equipmentWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who takes pride in producing clean, organized, professional electrical panels.
