Electrical Assembler IIIAs an Electrical Assembler III, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including assembly, soldering, potting, wiring and inspection of products in both standard and non-standard environments. Your role is crucial in maintaining the flow of work and ensuring high-quality output.What You Will Do:Perform a variety of basic manual or machine assembly tasks associated with electro-mechanical builds (Printed Wiring Board or unit Assemblies) for a variety of aerospace applications.Assemble a variety of electronic units using proper assembly techniquesIdentify correct parts, components, wires and other materials by part markings, color codes, container labels, etc.Utilize a variety of hand tools (manual and power)Ability to obtain J-STD001 certificationSolder electronic componentsOperate assembly machinesMeasure, mix and apply a variety of chemicals and adhesivesPerform measurements using basic measuring instrumentsRead and interpret assembly instructions, process instructions and engineering standardsUtilize computer systems (e.g. work instructions, labor charging, and standards)Process material requisitions in accordance with established proceduresCheck and verify per work instructionsRecognize and take steps to resolve assembly/work area issuesPerform material handling tasksMaintain accurate records of all work performed.Train other employees and perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications You Must Have:Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g.
