If you're skilled in electrical assembly and eager to work in a dynamic environment, this is your chance to make an impact!Must HavesExperience using:VoltmeterHand tools, hand crimpers, screwdriversWrenches, pliers, drills, and related toolsBasic knowledge of electrical and electronic componentsWorking knowledge of voltage systems, including:110V, 230V, 480V, and 24V DCExperience assembling capital equipmentAdditional RequirementsMust have your own steel-toed shoesReliable and able to work the scheduled hours consistentlyWhat You'll Do: As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for the precise assembly of electrical components, troubleshooting systems, and ensuring all work aligns with engineering specifications. Your duties will include building sub-assemblies, wiring panels and cabinets, perform repairs, and supporting production operations. You'll work closely with supervisors and other departments to meet production deadlines and uphold quality standards.

Safety is paramount, and you'll be provided with safety equipment, with the expectation that you bring your own steel-toed shoes.Required Skills:Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and wiring diagramsAbility to assemble sub-assemblies, panels, and electrical systems accuratelyExperience wiring panels and system components in accordance with schematicsSkillful use of hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment (voltmeters, crimpers, wire strippers, etc.)Basic understanding of electrical/electronic components and different voltage systems (110V, 230V, 480V, 24V DC)Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical assembliesEffective communication and teamwork skillsAbility to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment safely and efficientlyNice to Have Skills:Experience with capital equipment assemblyPrior work in the tire or rubber industryFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and manufacturing management systems like D365Additional certifications in electrical work or safety (e.g., OSHA)Preferred Education and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant job-specific experience welcomed1-3 years of experience in electrical machine building or similar manufacturing workExperience working in a production environment is highly preferredOther Requirements:Ability to work the 6AM – 2:30PM shift (first shift only)Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionallyWillingness to undergo a 9-panel drug screening and disclose any misdemeanors during the hiring processOwn basic hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, etc.) and maintain them at workNo travel required, but occasional support for shop floor tasks may be requestedEager to be part of a company that fosters innovation, safety, and teamwork?
