Electrical Help PositionWe are an end-to-end renewable energy provider, offering products to commercial and enterprise clients in EV Charging solutions, Fleet Electrification, Solar Micro-grids, Energy storage, Hydroponic farming and Rain Water/Grey Water collection systems. We have been experiencing tremendous growth in all these areas and operate under several government rebate programs that ensure a steady and reliable flow of revenues. Our company handles the entire flow of providing these products and services beginning with Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting and Construction, Servicing and Maintenance. We are looking for experienced electrical help, all skills and levels welcomed, for several positions in Southern and Northern California.Primary Responsibilities:Assist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems related to EV charging infrastructure and renewable energy projectsSupport electrical work involving: concrete, conduit, wire sizing, transformers and switchboardsTroubleshoot interoperability charging communication issues on DC fast chargers & adaptersAssist with operation of equipment such as bobcats, backhoes, and excavators (as qualified)Perform field service activities related to EV charging equipment, including component replacement, software updates, testing, basic site inspections, visual checks, and reporting of issuesPerform onsite maintenance and repair repairs of EV charging stationsHelp collect basic site information, logs, and documentation under direction of Service leadershipMaintain job site safety, organization, and cleanliness at all timesPerform general site and operational support tasks as needed when electrical work is not immediately availableOther duties as assignedRequirements:Basic electrical or construction experience requiredWillingness to learn EV charging systems, electrical diagnostics, and field service processesAbility to work in outdoor field environments under varying conditionsWillingness to travel domestically on occasion, as required by project needsAbility to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a teamSecondary Functions:Interpersonal Skills: Focuses on solving conflict, not blaming; maintains confidentiality; listens to others; proactive in resolving issuesWritten Communication: Writes clearly and informatively; able to read and interpret written requirementsContributes to building a positive team spiritTime Management: Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficientlyProfessionalism: Maintains a professional attitude at all timesZero Impact Builders is an equal-opportunity employer. Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
