Responsibilities:- Assist licensed electricians with residential and light commercial electrical work
- Learn proper installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Pull wire, install fixtures, outlets, and switches
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with team members and customers
- At least one year of experience preferred
- Basic mechanical knowledge or construction experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- On-the-job training with experienced electricians
