Monday-Friday, Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Scoping areas for improvement / upgrades & creating plans for the reliability of instrumentation.
• Troubleshooting & resolving issues with instrumentation, electrical, and controls systems.
• SME for electrical, instrumentation, and control systems for plant projects, commissioning, and start-up activities.
• Can branch out to controls projects if you have experience with this (DCS/PLC systems).
• Training I&E technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering or similar field.
• 5+ years of experience with electrical engineering, instrumentation, or automation engineering.
• Industrial experience in petrochemical, chemical, oil & gas, or similar industry.
• Experience with instrumentation upgrades / improvements for reliability.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Big plus if you have exposure to Emerson DeltaV & Honeywell (but not required).
