Endeavor Technologies is seeking an Electric Motor Winding Technician to repair and rewind AC and DC electric motors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with random wound AC stators, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to perform electrical testing and interpret winding data.
Key Responsibilities-
Strip and prepare stators and armatures for rewinding
Collect winding data and verify electrical connections
Manufacture coils using automatic winding machines
Prepare stator slots and install insulation
Insert coils and complete winding connections
Label leads, install lugs, and perform final electrical connections
Perform electrical tests including Hipot, Surge, Resistance, and Inductance
Document test results and assist with root cause failure analysis
Interpret winding diagrams, data sheets, and electrical schematics

Minimum 5 years experience winding random wound AC stators preferred
High school diploma or GED
Basic understanding of electric motor operation
Ability to read electrical schematics and winding diagrams
Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools
Experience using micrometers and calipers
Basic computer skills (Windows, Excel, Outlook)
