Elect Katie Hobbs: Finance AssociateThe Elect Katie Hobbs campaign is seeking a full-time Finance Associate to work with the campaign through the 2026 election cycle. The Finance Associate will play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the fundraising team. This position will directly report to the Call Time Manager and is a unique opportunity to obtain significant experience in all aspects of political fundraising on a top-tier gubernatorial campaign.ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively with all members of the finance staff to execute the finance planWork with the call time manager to complete donor research projects, and occasionally staff the candidate in call timeParticipate in outreach to donors and event attendeesWork with finance staff to ensure robust collection and maintenance of confidential donor information, and exercise professional judgment and discretion in use of that information to support campaign operationsStaff fundraising events as neededOther responsibilities as assignedRequirementsDetail oriented self-starter with an interest in Democratic fundraisingStrong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of wide-ranging responsibilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities at once, meet key deadlines, and work in fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skillsAccess to cell phone, laptop, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportationDesired QualificationsRoots in or connection to ArizonaExperience working with NGP and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
