Duties & Responsibilities
Gather and analyze input from SMEs and product owners to develop and modify instructional material
Design and develop instructional design plans for asynchronous online training programs
Analyze content, target audience, and learner environment to identify appropriate instructional strategies and define learning objectives
Develop sound Level 2 Kirkpatrick evaluation tools within courses
Perform thorough cross-platform/device testing for all content
Skills
Familiarity with adult learning principles, ADDIE model, and Bloom's Taxonomy
Ability to write courses that flow well, are clear and concise, and smoothly transition between topics
Ability to learn and absorb complex, technical information; break it down into smaller pieces; and convey it effectively within an eLearning
Experience developing and testing interactive eLearnings using Adobe Captivate 8 or 9
Excellent writing and editing skills
Preferred Skills
Bachelor's degree in Education or Instructional Design
Experience creating ADA compliant material eLearnings
Experience with video based eLearning course development and gamification
