Major Functions:
- Provide direct English language development (ELD) instruction to English Learners aligned to state English language proficiency standards.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and school staff to ensure English Learners have access to grade-level content and opportunities to succeed academically and socially.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation related to English Learner identification, services, progress monitoring, and reclassification.
- ESL 177 Endorsement
- Valid MS teaching license
- Requirements as set forth by the DeSoto County School board
