License highly preferred.Software: Mastery of PLS-CADD, line routing, and structural/foundation design.EPC Knowledge: Experience with EPC/design services for U.S. investor-owned utilities.Project Lifecycle: Advanced knowledge of permitting, land acquisition, and subcontract admin.
