**Responsibilities: **

**Safety Communications & Employee Engagement **

  Create and maintain **Start of Shift (SOS) presentations and safety communications. **

  n

• n

  Assist **with preparation of safety campaigns, awareness events, and training materials. **

  n

• n

  **Support employee engagement initiatives related to safety and environmental programs. **

  n
n

**Safety Inspections & Audits **

n
• n

  **Conduct routine safety inspections throughout facility **

  n
n
• n

  **Perform documented inspections of emergency equipment, exits, eyewash stations, fire extinguishers, and other safety-related items as assigned. **

  n
n
• n

  Identify **hazards and document corrective actions. **

  n
n
• n

  **Follow up on open safety observations and corrective action items. **

  n
n
• n

  **Support internal EHS audits and compliance assessments. **

  n
n

**Environmental Program Support **

n
• n

  **Conduct environmental inspections and compliance checks. **

  n
n
• n

  Assist **with waste management activities, recycling programs, and sustainability initiatives. **

  n
n
• n

  **Support environmental data collection and recordkeeping requirements. **

  n
n
• n

  Report environmental concerns and assist **in corrective actions. **

  n
n

**Facilities Support **

• n

  **Support coordination of facility maintenance activities and contractor work. **

  n

• n

  Participate **in facility improvement projects  **

  n

**Project Support **

  **Assist with EHS and Facilities improvement projects from planning through execution. **

  **Track project timelines, action items, and completion status. **

  **Support implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives. **

  **Gather data and provide updates on project progress. **

  n

• n

  Coordinate with various departments to support project objectives **. **

*Relocation is not available for this position.

All training will be on 1st shift for up to 2 months before moving to hired shift.

Summary Pay Range:

$22.50 - $29.20
