How You Will Make an Impact (Job Summary)

SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. As the EHS Manager/Director, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe and healthy working environment across the entire Cooling Technology business. You will support Cooling Technologies operations at all North American facilities, based in Overland Park, Kansas, or Springfield, Missouri. The EHS Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations related to environmental, health and safety, implementing standards and communications, driving employee engagement around safety improvements, and providing proactive guidance and direction to ensure safe operations. The successful EHS Manager has a strong understanding of environmental health and safety practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence others and work collaboratively across departments.
