We cater logistics strategies and processes to our customers' needs by utilizing the latest information systems and advanced technologies.The EHS Specialist supports the Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) Planning function at Glovis America by maintaining, enhancing, and standardizing corporate EHS programs, systems, and performance reporting processes. This role plays a critical part in supporting ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

The Analyst will focus on data analytics, KRP tracking, and system oversight, while collaborating closely with EHS Operations, site leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive compliance, consistency, and ESG data collection across all locations.ResponsibilitiesEHS Planning and Governance Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of corporate EHS programs and initiativesTrack and maintain database of injury, incident and vehicle damage reports, & GHG data from various sitesAssist in advancing corporate EHS objectives, KPI reports, and data submission processesAssist in ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems)Collect the utility date for Scope 1 and Scope 2 carbon emission and ESG reportingMaintain EHS documentation, registers, and controlled records in accordance with document control per department policySupport in submission of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual GHG/ESG and incident dataCollect, validate, and analyze EHS performance data and key metricsCross-functional Support Collaborate with EHS Operations, Human Resources, Risk Management, and site leadership to support various ESG and KPI enterprise-wide reportsAssist in the development and updating of EHS training materials and awareness programsTrack training completion, certifications, and competency recordsSupport internal EHS communications, including bulletins, presentations, and planning updatesCompensation Range$52,000 - $56,000 annually (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)Benefits of working at GLOVIS America Inc.Medical InsuranceVision InsuranceDental InsuranceHealth Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Basic Life and AD&D as well as Short and Long Term DisabilityPaid Vacation, Holidays, and Sick leaveHospital and Critical Illness InsuranceWellness Program and Gym Reimbursement*401(k) with Generous MatchingReferral Bonuses*Auto Allowance*Quarterly Employee Lunches, Summer Refreshments, and Monthly Team Building Activities*Discretionary Bonuses*Tuition Reimbursement**Benefits may vary by location.
